The short version: there are no accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email or payment details.

What stays on your device

ReelLantern remembers where you stopped watching, and your list, using your browser's own storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly which country visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. We do not use it to identify you. Where the law requires it, we ask before it runs.

Ads

When we show ads, they come from Adsterra. Ad partners can set their own cookies and see technical details such as your IP address and device. Some ads open in a new tab. Where the law requires it, ads load only after you agree.

Videos and pictures

Videos and posters load from the apps and content networks that host them, so those companies can see that your device asked for a file, as with any website that shows media from another company.

Server logs

Like most sites, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (time, page, error codes) to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
